Holy Spirit Music Playlist

In our current sermon series, “Poured Out: In Need of the Person, Presence, Promise, and Power of The Holy Spirit,” Josh is leading us through a seven-month journey, broken up into five parts. Key Verses for 2026

As we continue to commit our key verses (Acts 2:32-33 and Romans 8:26-27) to heart, if you have sensed a connection to God through these words that has revealed something about His heart, or possibly a way to pray over others, will you email Josh at jross@sycamoreview.org to share about what you’re discovering?

As summer travel picks up, recurring giving is a simple way to stay consistent in supporting the ministry and mission of our church, even while you're away! Setting up recurring giving helps provide steady support for worship, outreach, and ministry all summer long.

Panama!

After a delayed flight, our teens and adults made it to Panama last Friday, and come back today. The Lord is so good and giving our group many opportunities to grow, serve, and expand our understanding of God’s love! We can’t wait to hear all about their time!

Our Middle School Mission Trip has been incredible! Our teens have been serving in Huntsville this past week. We are so thankful for the ways God revealed himself to our group this week!

A few weeks ago we had PreView! This was a combined class where we shared what the expect in the life of our church from May - August. Click here to access the slides from PreView.

During PreView, Josh and Jim talked about the Rooted and Reaching Initiative! This is such an exciting time to be part of the work here at Sycamore View and we need everyone to be a part of this journey. Please sign up for a team (or two!). Once the sign ups are in, your team leader will contact you with information specific to your team. Join us as we grow deeper Roots and Reach out to our community, city, and the world!

VBS Registration is OPEN!

VBS Registration and Volunteer Sign-ups are now OPEN! All potty-trained 3 year olds-rising 5th graders are invited to join us June 7-10 from 6-8pm as we shine a light on who Jesus really is.

Women’s Ministry

The Ladies Bible Study will not meet on Tuesday mornings during the summer, but if you are interested in joining us for a RightNow Media study, please contact Lynn Bowie or Judy Lillard.

Join us for Ladies Day on June 13 at Quince Road Church of Christ! Genevia Jackson of Boulevard Church of Christ will be speaking.

We will have a pool party hosted by Tricia Buxton on June 26 from 11am-3pm! Lunch will be provided.

Wednesday Night Guys Group
Our Wednesday night Guys Group meets weekly (6:30-7:30). Come join us for an hour of community and sharing life together. 

College-Age Class

Our college-age class is back! Join Jake Williams and Donovan Long in Room 2 this summer as they talk about God's unwavering love for us! This series shows us how to dismantle the enemy's lies with the spiritual authority we already have in Christ. Whether you’re struggling to feel worthy, wrestling with fear, or longing to break old patterns, this study will equip you to silence the lies with God’s Word and unleash lasting transformation in Christ. We can’t wait to be back together again this Sunday!
