Promotion Sunday

This Sunday is PROMOTION SUNDAY, so you'll drop off your kids in their new class at 9am! Also, we still have a few more volunteer spots on Sundays and Wednesdays if you're interested! 

Preschool & PDO

Are you looking for a safe place to send your children? Sycamore View has a Preschool and PDO program that offers a faith-based learning environment at an affordable cost. If you or someone you know is searching for weekly childcare, look no further. What makes our program special? We offer early drop-off, experienced staff, daily Bible classes, interactive learning environments and more!

Ice Cream Social

Join us Sunday, August 27 at 5pm in the Gym for our annual Ice Cream Social. We need volunteers to bring lots of homemade ice cream (or store-bought ice cream for children) to feed all our guests. A light meal will be also provided (donations will be accepted). If you’re looking to get plugged into a Life Group, we’ll have sign-ups available for those who are interested. This is a great night to bring a friend, so plan to bring some ice cream and don’t miss this night of sweet fellowship!

Children’s Clothing Sale

Our Children’s Clothing Sale allows families to buy and sell gently used children’s clothes, shoes, play toys, riding toys and equipment. If you are looking to purchase items at a greatly discounted price, please join us Friday, August 25 (8am–6pm) or Saturday, August 26 (8am–1pm) for our half-price sale.

Children’s Ministry - HELP!

Our Children’s Ministry is in need of adult volunteers to fill a few more spots on Sunday mornings at 9am and Wednesday nights at 6:30pm this school year. Please contact Anna Moser if you’re interested in serving in this much needed way! 

HST Audit Courses

Harding School of Theology is offering three audit courses for the Fall semester for $75 per course. Our very own Dr. Mark Powell will be teaching Systematic Theology, Dr. Richard Oster will be teaching 1 Corinthians, and an intensive class on Christian Formation of Children, taught by Dr. Holly Allen and Dr. Harold Shank. Each course is a great opportunity to expand your biblical knowledge and deepen your relationship with God.

Women’s Ministry

HEART GROUPS
Our Heart Groups are meeting regularly.  If you would like to be a part of a heart group, please contact Kathy Moss.

LADIES BIBLE CLASS
Our Ladies Bible Class will resume on Tuesday, August 15 at 9:30 am and will meet in either Room 4 or 5.  We will be learning about the Trinity and the spiritual lessons we learn from the Trinity.
