Shepherds were never intended to be aloof individuals who rule over a church. Nor were they intended to be nameless faces behind locked doors. Our shepherds are godly men dedicated to the feeding, leading and caring for the church. It is our desire that everyone know a shepherd and that everyone is known by a shepherd.
